A U.S based NGO is looking for a Deputy manager Fundraising and Fund Development for its Pakistan chapter.
We require a Professional with Profound NGO experience with proven record of Fundraising and Fund developments for our Lahore based NGO Office. The Incumbent must have vibrant contacts for fundraisings.
Incumbent would be responsible for identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, such as grants and sponsorships, and developing relationships with donors and other potential funding sources. They would also be responsible for creating and implementing a fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals, as well as managing the organization's fundraising efforts and tracking their success.
As a non-profit organizational marketing manager, the main responsibility is to promote the organization's mission, programs and services to the public, and raise awareness and support for the organization. This includes developing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, managing the organization's website and social media accounts, creating and distributing promotional materials, and coordinating fundraising events. Additionally, the manager may be responsible for managing a budget, tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, and coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the organization's overall goals and mission.
Qualification: BBA/MBA or Masters in relevant field.
Experience: 4-6 Years NGO/NPO e.g. SKMCH/KASHF FOUNDATION/AL KHIDMAT FOUNDATION/FATIMEED/AKHUWAT etc
Salary: 80,000-120,000
