We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager, whose goal will be to raise voluntary income and drive engagement from individual donors and supporters. The role will focus on strategic fundraising growth, building on the existing and longstanding committed and major donors – as well as creating new initiatives to generate the levels of income.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

• To lead on the implementation of donor stewardship, ensuring plans build closer relationships with supporters and encouraging further support.
• To work with colleagues within other departments to develop funding propositions while meeting donor expectations. Ensure the propositions are deliverable, measurable, and accurately costed.
• To develop accurate forecasts based on programme and donor knowledge, and to ensure accurate reporting to the Leadership Team and key stakeholders including volunteer committees.
• To ensure data collection and management is compliant with data protection and other legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Support the Management Team to develop and foster a positive organisational culture and work collaboratively with volunteers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure the delivery of strategic goals.
• Participate in external events to promote the NGO interests, brand and mission, as well as acting as an ambassador of the organisation.
• Follow up calls to new & old Donors
• Preparation and Dispatch of Letters to companies, wealthy indivuduals and donors
• Managing, Sorting, and Recordkeeping of donors
• Managing digital donation acceptance portals
• Registration into new digital platforms for fundraising
• Managing Online Donation Records and Followups
• Management of Banking Channel Donations
• Planning, Organizing and Monitoring Promotions on Social Media, Radio, and TV Channels
• Engaging volunteers in fundraising activities
• Managing and Updating Presentations and Materials(flyers, brochures etc) for Donations Appeals
• Planning, Organizing and Monitoring Traditional Marketing and Fundraising Activities
• Planning Annual Fundraising Campaigns
• Planning and Executing Fundraising Campaigns in Schools, Colleges and Universities
• Managing Sponsorships for Promotional materials like Brochure and Newsletter
• Orginazing and Monitoring New Fundraising Channels
• Planning, Organizing and Monitoring Creative Campaigns with High ROI

We are searching for someone ambitious and engaging, with leadership abilities and experience in a similar role. Within other skills, we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (any other language is a plus).
• NGO/Volunteering background, particularly within Fundraising.
• Proactive and with a can-do attitude as well as hardworking and resilient.
• We are looking for someone who is a role model and who would be able to lead the values of the organisation and demonstrate high levels of transparency and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
