Overview

RedRose is a social enterprise technology company and a sector leader in improving development and humanitarian assistance outcomes through the use of digital technology, specializing in Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA); mass campaigns (Global Health); beneficiary registration, digital identity (including biometrics), e-voucher solutions, digital cash payments and asset transfers. Red Rose operates in over 50 countries assisting governments, donors, INGOs, IFRC/ICRC and the United Nations, and works closely with the World Bank and large foundations. Red Rose has supported the delivery of e-voucher, cash and NFI programmes to in excess of 100 million people across the globe. We are based in Ireland with affiliate offices in the UK, Ukraine, Nigeria and Turkey.

Background to the Position

RedRose is currently looking to hire a CVA Partnership Manager as part of the Partnership Unit. The Partnership Unit develops new and manages existing relationships with partners in the humanitarian and development sector who are looking for cash and voucher programs and asset transfer solutions. The CVA Partnership Manager works with the procurement and supply chain departments of partners like UN Agencies, Red Cross/ Crescent Societies, international and local NGOs.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Identify potential tenders and coordinate bidding and proposal submissions;
  • Drafting quotations, purchase orders, and framework agreements;
  • Provide timely, proactive and expert advice and support, to the partners on their procurement and supply chain activities, incl. purchasing of equipment and services;
  • Help develop and role-out of procedures, policies and tools;
  • Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely deliveries;
  • Maintain an efficient and reliable tracking system within the Red Rose Management Information System
  • Assist in managing the implementation of the supply management tools and systems,
  • Perform any other related partner-specific duties, as required by the functional supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain and/ or logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required languages are English and Spanish (written and spoken), French an asset
  • Service- and results-oriented
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Understanding of cash and voucher assistance is an advantage

Remunerative Package

  • Competitive compensation package (base salary plus performance incentives).
  • Location: To be determined
  • Some travel may be required
